Venue. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Arbitration Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and LocalArtist agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-Action Waiver. You and LocalArtist agree that all claims must be brought on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, and representative actions are not permitted.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
