LocalArtist ("LocalArtist," "we," "our," or "the Service") is operated by AverX Platforms LLC (Indiana, USA). This page explains how copyright owners can submit a DMCA notice, how uploaders can submit a counter-notice, and how LocalArtist handles takedown and restoration requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on LocalArtist infringes your copyrighted work, submit a DMCA notice with all of the following information:

You can also use the public DMCA Submission Center to submit a notice online.

3. What Happens After a Valid Notice

When LocalArtist receives a valid notice, the identified content may be disabled, the uploader may be notified, and the event is recorded for audit purposes. The uploader is informed of the right to submit a counter-notice.

4. How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If your content was disabled and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice should include:

5. What Happens After a Counter-Notice

Counter-notices are reviewed by the legal team and logged in the DMCA audit trail. The original claimant is notified, and content may be restored once the statutory waiting period expires and the matter remains eligible for restoration.

LocalArtist does not restore content immediately upon receipt of a counter-notice.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

LocalArtist may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Repeat infringer status may be determined based on multiple valid DMCA notices or other infringement-related actions.
