This CCPA/CPRA Notice explains how LocalArtist ("LocalArtist," "we," "our," or "the Service"), operated by AverX Platforms LLC (Indiana, USA), collects, uses, and protects personal information of California residents in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
