LocalArtist - Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes the service commitments provided by LocalArtist, operated by AverX Platforms LLC (Operator of LocalArtist) (Indiana, USA), for Free and Pro tier subscribers. This SLA supplements the Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Service
This SLA applies to the LocalArtist platform, including hosting, authentication, media storage, discovery features, and event tools.
2. Uptime Commitment
LocalArtist aims to provide reliable access to the platform.
2.1 Free Tier
- 99% uptime (best-effort availability)
- Access may be limited during maintenance windows
2.2 Pro Tier
- 99.9% uptime target
- Priority restoration during outages
- Advance notice for scheduled maintenance
3. Support Response Times

3.1 Free Tier
- Best-effort response
- Typical response time: 3-5 business days
3.2 Pro Tier
- Priority support
- Typical response time: 24-48 hours
4. Maintenance Windows
LocalArtist may perform scheduled maintenance to improve performance, security, or reliability.
- Free Tier: Maintenance may occur without prior notice
- Pro Tier: Advance notice provided for scheduled maintenance
5. Data Availability and Backups
LocalArtist uses secure storage and backup systems to protect user data.
- Media and profile data stored securely
- Backups performed regularly
- Data exports available through account settings
6. Refunds and Service Credits
Refunds apply only to Pro tier subscriptions.
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
- Service credits may be issued if uptime falls below 99.9%
- No refunds or credits for Free tier users
7. Limitations
This SLA does not apply to outages caused by:
- User error or misuse
- Third-party service failures
- Force majeure events
- Internet or network issues outside our control
